Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
* Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
* Be in their original condition with all tags attached
* Be returned in the original packaging where possible
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
* Products damaged through misuse or improper care
* Items returned beyond the 7-day return period
* Gift cards or promotional items
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs so we can resolve the issue promptly.
